How To Order:

You can place your orders 24 hrs. a day from our secure website,, or fax, 334-585-0423. Or you can call our toll free number, 1-800-446-5314 from 10:00 A.M. till 5: P.M. E.S.T.

We usually ship stock orders the same day you place them with us. If an item is out of stock, it is usually shipped within 7 to 10 days from the time you place your order. We ship via U.P.S. insured. We will only ship to U.S addresses.


  1. Is it safe to order online?
    • You can trust the security of our online store. All data is encrypted, secured, and sent safely to us to process your order.
  2. How do I request my order to be in White Gold?
    • In the comment section of our check out, you may request your order to be made in White Gold. There is an additional 10% for white gold requests (unless it is shown in white gold).
  3. How do I get a ring or a chain made in the size or length I want?
    • All of our thinner or smaller ladies rings are priced based on size 6-7. and our wider gents rings are priced based on size 10. Smaller then stock sizes are sized at no charge. If you need larger sizes, either place the size you need in the comment section, and we will contact you for the additional charges,or call our toll free # 1-800-446-5314 for a quote. All of our chains are available in any length, but are priced based on 7 or 8 inch lengths(specified on the order sheet). For pricing on different chain lengths, divide the price on the site by 7or 8, and multiply that number by how ever many inches you want your chain or bracelet to be.
  4. How can I keep my jewelry clean?
    • A commercial jewelry cleaner, or straight ammonia will safely clean your jewelry nicely. If you have deep recesses or stones that are hard to get at, simply use a tooth brush to clean under those areas.
  5. How can I track my package?
    • When you place your order, we will send you confirmation of when your order was shipped, and U.P.S. will send you an e-mail from Quantum View U.P.S with your tracking number link. Simply click that link, and it will give you all the information, and progress of your package, or feel free to call us for that information.
  6. Can I ship my order to a different address?
    • Yes we can ship anywhere in the U.S for you. We will require the Billing address of the credit card holder to be able to process your order, and the address you would like it shipped to.
  7. Can I purchase a gift certificate?
    • Yes you can. Simply fill out the order form, in the comment section say "Gift Certificate", and in the shipping section, Tell us the name and address of the person to receive it. We will send them a gift cert. envelope which they can redeem by sending it to us with their order.
